Native latex and MathML via Mathjax rendering for Confluence

More details

With Server being obsoleted by Atlassian, we've taking the decision to make this app commercial, to enable customers to continue to use it without changing pages as they move to DC. A future cloud rendering of this is not yet under consideration.

New in this release:

  • Commercial version for Server (temporarily as we put this through DC compliance)
  • MathML support through Mathjax. We took inspiration from open source solutions already available and bundled those within this app, as, we expect the 'free' variants to die off once Server is no more.
  • long standing security vulnerabilities with Latex native renderer that won't be addressed in the free version (part of 'support' is that we will be obliged to correct such problems).
  • Confluence whitelisting integration for mathjax resources. If external resources are to be referred, they must be whitelisted in Confluence.
