Workflow-Flow is a native Jira Forge application designed to bring clarity to complex issue lifecycles. While Jira provides a standard history log, it can be difficult to visualize exactly how an issue progressed through various stages or where it got stuck. This app solves that by generating a visual "status transition timeline" directly within the issue context panel. It maps the journey of an issue using a "dot and spine" layout, making it easy to see the linear progression of work. Most importantly, it identifies "move back" events—instances where an issue returns to a previous state—and highlights them in separate rows to immediately surface bottlenecks and rework cycles. Administrators have full control via a global settings page, allowing them to enable the app only for specific projects to ensure a focused user experience
