Key highlights of the appIssue templates for Jira - save any issue with its subtasks and reuse it in one click

hero

Save any issue as a template

Open an issue that is already set up the way your team likes it, give it a name, press Save as template. Subtasks, description, labels and assignee come with it. There is nothing to configure first.

Reuse it in one click

Open any issue in the project, press Use, and you get a new issue with the same summary, description, labels and every subtask. What used to be fifteen minutes of retyping is one press.

Runs on Atlassian

Templates live in Atlassian-hosted storage. The app makes no network calls to any outside host, so nothing leaves Atlassian and there is no vendor server to review.

More details

Built entirely on Atlassian Forge. Every template, subtask, and assignee reference stays inside Atlassian’s own cloud storage and is never transmitted to the developer or to any third-party server. This is what makes the app eligible for the Runs on Atlassian programme. There is no setup screen, no template repository to configure, and no external service to trust.
