- Install the app on your Confluence site
- Go to Apps → Markdown Mirror → Settings
- Add a GitHub connection:
- GitHub personal access token (read-only, repo scope for private repos)
- Repository owner/name
- Branch (default: main)
- Source path (e.g., docs/)
- Target Confluence space key
- Target parent page (optional)
- Save — initial sync runs immediately
