Key highlights of the appLightweight Confluence page approvals that auto-reset when content changes
Auto-resets when content changes
When a page is edited past its approved version, the status flips back to "Changed" automatically — no stale "Approved" on edited content.
Optional lock after approval
Discourage casual edits with an edit lock once a page is approved — and lift it in one click when it's time to change it again.
Admins own the rules
Space admins set the policy, the lock, and who approves — one fixed set for the whole space, or delegated to page editors.

More details
Approvals, minus the surprises. Greenlight is a deliberately lite approvals app for Confluence Cloud: an author requests approval, the right people confirm, and the status shows on the page — Pending, Approved, or Changed after approval.
Correct by design: status is recomputed from the page's live version on every render — current vs approved, never from late or out-of-order events. Edit an approved page and it flips to "Changed"; re-approve and it's current again.
You get: a byline status and optional macro; an Approve button for assigned approvers (all-must-approve or any-one); auto-reset on change; an optional post-approval lock with one-click unlock; admin-controlled rules; @mention notifications; and a per-space approval report.
Runs on Atlassian Forge — zero data egress, no third-party services. Not a regulated-signature/GxP tool: approvals are workflow metadata, not legally binding e-signatures. Works on classic Confluence pages; live-doc support is on the roadmap.
