Subject: Resubmission for Pulse (v5.0.0) - Permission Scope Removal
Dear Review Team,
Following the previous rejection and further internal review, we have decided to completely remove the group-related functionality to minimize permission scopes.
Changes in v5.0.0:
- REMOVED: manage:jira-configuration (Admin scope).
Impact: The app now strictly operates with basic Issue and User read/write permissions (read:jira-work, read:jira-user). The "Team Setup" feature no longer supports expanding Jira Groups; users will add members individually.
This ensures the app adheres to the strictest principle of least privilege.
