Checkdesk for Jira

Most checklist apps keep the list inside their own panel, where Jira cannot see it. Checkdesk pushes the progress out into Jira, so it behaves like the rest of your data.

What it does:

• Adds a checklist to any issue: add, rename, reorder, tick and remove items
• Writes the progress (for example 3/5 (60%)) into a short-text Jira field you own, so it works in JQL, filters, boards, dashboards and automation
• Blocks a workflow transition while required items are still open, naming what is missing
• Applies templates automatically per project, so a new issue starts with the right checklist

Setup: create a short-text custom field, add it to your project screens, and paste its id into the admin page. Add the Checklist is complete validator to any transition you want to guard.

No external calls. Checkdesk runs entirely on Atlassian infrastructure and stores everything inside your tenant.
