Major: two new tabs in the global page.
- Capacity (cross-project): heatmap of issues assigned in Jira,
summed across all configured projects. Click any cell to see
the contributing issues.
- Workload (manual planning): matrix project × week. Each user
declares hours per week. Auto-saves on type. Past weeks now
show plan vs actual delivered (computed from resolved Jira
issues with the user as assignee). Override available for
edge cases like PTO or unestimated work.
Admins also get a Team aggregate view to see total hours
declared across the team, and can edit a teammate's plan
directly via the viewer switcher.
