1. Purpose
Comment Rollup gives Jira users the ability to see comments across linked issues within any given issue. The user will be able to see this comment from parent, child, and grandchild issues linked issues in a clear concise way.
2. Before you start
- Contact your site admin to download Comment Rollup from the Atlassian Marketplace.
3. Using Comment Rollup
- Sign into Jira
- Navigate to your desired Project and issue
- Find the Activity section of the Issue Glance, and from there you will see Comment Rollup.
- Scroll through the interface to see your linked issue comments.
