- Pick a project and its issue types (nothing assumes Epic or Story exist)
- Choose your target Security Level (SL1-SL4), review the exact scope, and generate
What you get:
- One epic per Foundational Requirement, one ticket per System Requirement, one per Requirement Enhancement your level requires (45-107 issues)
- Confluence guide pages linked to each ticket
- A project tab tracking achieved vs target Security Level
- Safe re-runs: existing items are skipped; raising the level adds only the difference
