Winnow for Confluence

Every wiki has pages that are actively wrong rather than merely old: a runbook quoting a 14-day refund window when the policy says 30, a safety page whose certificate lapsed two years ago, a price table that disagrees with the worked example below it. Nobody finds these by browsing: each page looks fine on its own.

Winnow reports what is inconsistent, expired or duplicated. Every finding quotes the sentence it rests on and names the change to make - not “review this page”, but which figure is wrong and what it should say. Only pages edited since the last scan are re-read, so a nightly check costs a fraction of a full one.

Standard covers what can be established without reading your pages: duplicates, broken links, unlinked pages, pages with no owner. Advanced reads the pages, and finds contradictions and expired guidance.

Advanced uses a language model and is sometimes wrong. Every finding shows its confidence and the passage it rests on, so a bad one is dismissed in a click.
