SOCRadar Multi-Tenant Incident Management keeps your SOCRadar platform and Jira Service Management in continuous two-way sync. Using your Multi-Tenant ID and Multi-Tenant Incident API key, the app polls SOCRadar on a schedule and creates a JSM incident for every new alarm across all tenants under your account. When analysts move an incident through your JSM workflow, the matching alarm status is pushed back to SOCRadar, routed to the correct tenant.
