CommentLedger is a Forge app for Jira that captures comment creates, edits, and deletions in an append-only audit log. Teams can review comment history at the issue level or across issues, filter by user, issue, event type, and date, and export results to CSV, HTML, Excel, or PDF. The app includes retention controls, reconciliation for missed events, and operations visibility for retries and maintenance. Data stays on Atlassian-hosted infrastructure via Forge SQL, with access limited by app permissions and each user's live Jira permissions.
