Native JSM can run a simple approval ticket. AI Clearance avoids maintaining Assets schema, request fields, dashboards, expiry work, evidence exports, connector checks, and audit records.

Admins approve AI tools into a requestable catalog. Employees request individual access to one approved tool for a stated purpose and duration. AI Clearance records the decision, active grant, expiry/review state, fulfillment, and evidence.

When an Okta or Entra group controls access, AI Clearance can record whether the approved user was added, removed, or checked in that configured group. IdP/app admins remain responsible for making the group control the real app, license, role, or resource.

AI Clearance is not an IAM/IGA replacement, runtime AI control, prompt monitor, provider app/license/role assignment system, SOC2/Cloud Fortified claim, or customer-traction claim.
