Pact - SLAs for Jira Software

Jira Software has no native SLAs — only Jira Service Management does. Pact brings them to any project without the JSM upgrade, and it works with zero setup: open an issue and you already see a sensible default SLA derived from your project’s own statuses.

When you want control, define your own: which statuses run the clock, which settle it, a working-hours calendar or round-the-clock, and a budget — scoped by issue type and priority. Issues show a live countdown; the moment one goes at risk or breaches, the reporter and assignee get an email through Jira’s own notification system, so nothing leaves your Atlassian cloud. A 5-minute backstop sweep catches purely time-based breaches that fire no event, and policy warnings flag a misconfigured policy before it misfires.

The compliance report gives met percentage per policy over settled work, the issues that actually breached, and CSV export. Runs on Atlassian: no external servers, no egress.
