Installed before lunch, syncing real records after. One Jira issue, many Salesforce parents — Cases, Accounts, Opportunities, our custom objects — all live, both directions. Search and link, create new, edit in place, all from the issue panel. It just works, every day, without anyone thinking about it. If something better exists on this Marketplace, I haven't found it.

My team lives in Salesforce. Engineering lives in Jira. ADL Connect ended the translation work. A Case now shows the linked Jira issue right there — status, assignee, whatever columns I chose to display — and the engineer's comments and attachments land where my agents can actually read them. No more "let me check with dev and get back to you." Agents create or link a Salesforce record straight from the issue panel, prefilled from the issue itself, in about two clicks. Escalation noise dropped noticeably in the first week. I don't think we could go back.

As the Jira admin who had to vet this before rollout, ADL Connect surprised me in the best way. It runs natively on Forge — no middleware, no third-party server sitting between my Jira and my Salesforce org, and the egress allow-list is Salesforce-only. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted per org, production and sandbox both supported, and the mapping screen actually validates my object and field setup up front instead of failing silently three weeks later. There's even an error log page so I'm not guessing. I've configured a lot of integrations; very few are this honest about what they're doing under the hood.

ADL Connect has become the backbone of how our sales, support and engineering teams talk to each other. One Jira issue can be linked to multiple Salesforce records — Cases, Accounts, Opportunities, even our custom objects — so everyone sees the same truth without asking anyone for a status update. Field mappings are configurable per project and work type, which meant we could model our exact process instead of bending to the tool. Comments and files sync both ways, so nothing gets lost in a thread someone can't access. Installation to first synced record took us under an hour. Dependable, fast, and thoughtfully built — easily the most powerful Jira–Salesforce integration on the Marketplace.

Juggling Jira and Salesforce used to be a daily headache for us — endless copy-paste of statuses, comments, and file attachments across two tools. ADL Connect wiped that pain out overnight. Jira issues, feed discussions, and attachments now sync into Salesforce in real time, keeping support, sales, and engineering perfectly in step without anyone switching tabs. Rock-solid, effortless to set up, and the productivity gains were felt from day one. Highly recommended and "hats off" to the ADL Connector teams.
