TestRay - Requirements and Test Management for Jira

TestRay has helped streamline our QA operations by enabling efficient test suite management, test planning and execution, and end-to-end requirement traceability. This has significantly improved the efficiency and visibility of our testing process. We also appreciate the excellent support from the TestRay team, especially Enver Camlicay, Cheney Ma, and Shenbaga Murugan P, who have consistently provided prompt assistance and expert guidance on Jira integration challenges. Their responsiveness and customer-focused approach have made TestRay a valuable solution for our team.

Enver has been quick and precise in putting together a team to help us address the request.

Very convenient.

The team was very quickly to respond back to me and with multiple resolutions on how to fix my problem. We'll definitely reach back if any issues in the future. Thanks again!

The team behind TestRay have been very supportive and helped resolve some issues where we had XRAY installed caused a conflict in the required issues. We have had several calls since using TestRay, each support request responded to with the help I expect.
