Exact Export turns Jira work items into documents people can read - a PDF to review and sign off, an Excel workbook to analyse.
Most export apps make you run an export, open the result, spot a problem, and try again. Exact Export shows the finished document while you are still setting it up: the preview renders the real file and redraws in about 200 milliseconds.
PDF prints one work item per page and lists its links, subtasks and comments underneath. Excel writes a table with a bold header row and autofilter, where numbers are stored as numbers and dates as dates. The same columns and templates feed both.
Pick what to export by project, by a saved filter or by JQL - the query that will run is always on screen. Export a single work item from the issue view. Any Jira field can be a column, custom fields included. Save a set-up as a template and a weekly report is two clicks.
Runs on Atlassian: work items are read with your own permissions and nothing leaves Atlassian.
