Carbon Templates and Deep-Cloning for Jira

The app is well designed, fits nicely into Jira, the team has been exceptionally responsive, and it does all that claims to do and does it well! Carbon has great templating features that allow my team to define what they want to repeat when we spin up a new body of work. We primarily use Templating but the Deep Clone feature has been helpful as well. Both work reliably and when I ran into issues I received quick and very effective feedback from the support team that fixed the issue I was having.

Cloning works well. I got blocked one time, but it was because I was trying to use an issue type that I didn't have a permission for (fair enough).

Clone fails every time.

Hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear cloning isn't working for you. I'd really like to help figure out what's going on. Could you open an issue on our support channel (see the Support tab) with some details about the error you're seeing? I'm happy to look into it together and get this resolved for you.

PS: Last week we pushed a release with a bunch of bug fixes.

This plugin is a great help for anyone who handles repetitive work in Jira- creating templates and cloning can now be done in under a minute. It integrates smoothly, works reliably, and is easy to customize.
