Excellent App and great Support. Our Knowledge Management is based on several applications and processes. With confluence the company is able to adapt modern and more automated ways that secure individualization but foster collaboration. Refined enables our company teams to create organizational and topic orientated portals that provide all in the company with the relevant knwoledge. After 1 year usage I can say that it will be a game changer. But it needs a lot of work and proper management to help a large company (+7000) to move and consilidate with refined. The features are well designed and every time we need support and a good tip the refined team is on our side. That is a huge benefit and super useful for rapid adaption. Thanks!

Great App, that we're using for several customers to realize comprehensive documentations (internal and external with thir customers) and even for their intranets. I like the approach with sites/categories with individual designs, navigation menues and landingpages. I can highly recommend this app for these use cases. We're currently evaluating this add-on for our DC Confluence environment, but ran into a problem due to an old (2017) version installed back when we were running server. Refined support helped us clean up the DB remnants and we're now evaluating it for use. We already use Refined for JSM (DC) and love it. Looking forward to implementation of this in production. Update: We're now in production with this add-on and it's working very well for our entire company. Thanks for your ongoing support.

We moved our intranet from Sharepoint to Confluence powered by Refined. Now our intranet not only looks great, but we also significantly reduced the costs we had for the Sharepoint license. The standard Refined page builder is fine, but we needed something more, so we wrote a lot of our own CSS, with which refined support helped us a lot.
