It is great mobile push notifications for on-call folks, and maybe an easy way to swap shifts when someone's out sick.

  Glad the push notifications are working well for your on-call folks. The shift-swap idea is a really good one — right now swapping requires going through the shift config manually, so making that easier (maybe a quick "I'm out, cover for me" flow) is a great callout. We'll add it to our roadmap list. Curious — would you want the swap to be self-serve for agents, or something a team lead approves first?
