Key highlights of the appShow customers the fields of their request in the portal — no Jira licence needed
See the details of your request
Priority, assignee, due dates, SLAs and custom fields, shown to the customer in the portal without a Jira licence. Each request type can show a different set.
The project admin decides
Fields are added one by one from the project settings, with a standing reminder that anything you add becomes visible to your customers. Configuration is per request type.
Agents see how many are affected
Portal customers are not Jira users and cannot vote. They flag “this affects me too” and the agent sees the count inside the issue, so you prioritise by real impact.
More details
Portal Fields adds a panel to the Jira Service Management customer portal with the fields you choose: priority, assignee, due dates, SLAs and custom fields, configured per project and per request type by the project admin.
Every field is rendered for what it means: users with their avatar, dates in the language and time zone of whoever is looking, priorities and statuses in the same colours agents see inside Jira, labels as tags, overdue dates in red. SLAs show the time left until first response or resolution.
Linked requests appear only when that customer is allowed to see them, and every link is checked individually. “This affects me too” lets portal customers flag that an issue affects them, and agents see the count inside the issue. Fields the admin marks as editable can be changed from the portal.
Available in 26 languages with correct plural forms. Built on Atlassian Forge: data never leaves Atlassian.
