SharePoint & OneDrive Folder Automation for Jira (Cloud) automatically creates and attaches a SharePoint folder for every new work item, so work starts organized and stays in sync. Choose SharePoint or OneDrive for Business per Jira space. Define dynamic naming, mirror permissions from a base folder, and sync updates in real time between Jira and Microsoft 365. Scope the rule by work item type and review changes via an audit log.

Getting started: install the app, open Space settings → Apps → SharePoint Folder Automation, connect SharePoint/OneDrive, and enable Create and attach a folder to new work items.
