The app provides useful functionality for managing Jira issue synchronization across multiple projects. The Hook panel is particularly helpful when a project is integrated with multiple projects, as it allows attachments and comments to be added specifically to the relevant ticket. The ability to control comment synchronization at the project level is also useful, as comments can be limited to specific projects instead of being shared across all connected projects. The support experience has been very good, with timely support and quick resolution of issues.
