Runs on Atlassian: the app runs fully inside Atlassian Cloud. No external servers, and your data never leaves Atlassian.
No data stored: approvals are read live from the Jira API and nothing is saved by the app.
Report access control: Jira admins always see reports. You can give access to other people or groups with two global permissions, one to view reports and one to download the CSV.
Portal approvals: customers approve requests directly in the JSM portal, with no Jira license needed.
