Key highlights of the appReal-time Vercel deployment information in Jira. Track deployments by issue key and preview Vercel links without leaving Jira

See deployments directly on Jira issues
When a commit message includes a Jira issue key, the deployment automatically appears on that issue — no manual linking needed. See the environment, status, and timestamp at a glance without leaving Jira.
Rich previews for Vercel URLs
Paste a Vercel team, project, or deployment URL anywhere in Jira and it renders as a rich Smart Link instead of a plain URL. Expand it to see additional details inline.
Connect your Vercel projects in minutes
Link one or more Vercel projects to a Jira project with just a few clicks. Once connected, deployment tracking and Smart Links work automatically — no ongoing configuration required.

- Release date
- Jul 13th 2026
- Summary
- New: Automation Actions to automate Vercel actions from Jira
- Details
This release adds three Vercel actions to the Jira Automation rule builder, so you can read deployment state and drive Vercel directly from your rules - on a schedule, an issue transition, or a manual trigger - without leaving Jira:
- Get Latest Vercel Deployment - Fetch the latest deployment for a connected project and use its state, URL, branch, commit and timestamps as smart values in later steps.
- Trigger Vercel Redeployment - Start a new deployment for a connected project, optionally from the latest commit on the branch.
- Set Vercel Environment Variable - Create or update an environment variable on a connected project, with support for Jira smart values in the value.
Each action works on a Vercel project connected to your Jira project and requires a valid Vercel API token. Learn more: https://www.sh-cloud.software/docs/vercel-devops-for-jira/key-features/automation-actions
