The approval workflow is terminated and users are informed can not used due to invalid users. Is this to be charged from now on?

Hi,
Yes, we’ve recently moved Page Approval for Confluence to a paid model. This helps us continue improving the app with features and updates that streamline your approval workflows. We get that changes like this take some adjustment.
As for the issue with invalid users, let’s get that sorted out for you. Feel free to drop us a note at our Support Portal, and we’ll make sure everything’s back on track!

Hi! We used the page approval workflow for one year, but it has not worked now. A notification appears with the message, "You do not have a valid license. Please contact your space administrator." Please tell us why. And what can we do to use this workflow? Thank you.

Take care, there is a "Planned transition to a paid model for the first half of October 2024", so it's no longer free to use.

Hi Pascal,
We understand that the shift to a paid model can be a change for users who've been enjoying Page Approval for Confluence Cloud for free, but it lets us push forward with more updates and improvements to the app. Our focus is on building better tools for your content approval processes, and this transition helps us do just that. Expect new features and enhancements soon that will make your experience even smoother.
If you ever need assistance or have questions about these upcoming updates, you can always reach us at our support portal. We're here to ensure you're getting the most out of the app.
Kind regards,
Paweł, Customer Success Team at Appfire

Hi Priyanka,
We see you're looking to prevent approved pages from being updated. That feature isn't available right now, but we’d love to team up and see how we can make this feature a reality. Head over to our support portal, and let’s get the conversation started: Our Support Portal.
Let’s make it happen!
