Key highlights of the appKeep Confluence in sync with Jira through surgical, section-level doc edits when tickets are closed
Three steps. No webhooks to configure
Link a Jira issue to its Confluence pages. Move the ticket to Done. Sync-o drafts the update and posts a comment on the ticket linking the version history for one-click review. That's the entire setup
Section-level updates, not full rewrites
Sync-o edits only the sections affected by the ticket's changes — never the whole page. Review a clean red/green diff in the comment thread, approve in one click, and Confluence's native version history stays intact

Customer data lives in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland). Default Gemini inference runs in europe-west1 (Belgium). DPA v1.3, CAIQ Lite v4.0.3 and the Trust Center are all published — no procurement back-and-forth required

More details
Built for the documentation maintenance problem, not the documentation creation problem. Most AI documentation tools generate new pages from completed Jira tickets — release notes, sprint summaries, knowledge-base articles. Sync-o solves the Day-90 problem: the runbook, ADR, or internal wiki page that already exists and now reflects a reality two architectures ago.
When a Jira ticket transitions to Done, Sync-o detects which Confluence pages reference that ticket, drafts surgical section-level updates reflecting only what actually changed, and publishes through standard Confluence version history with a one-click revert path. Per-page opt-in means the app touches only documentation you explicitly linked.
EU-resident by default (AWS Ireland + Vertex AI Belgium). BYOM AI providers on the Advanced tier: OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Full DPA, CAIQ Lite v4.0.3, sub-processor list at sync-o.io/trust.
Free 14-day trial, no credit card required.
