Two macros, one app
Add a Mermaid Diagram macro, or paste a whole Markdown document with tables, task lists, highlighted code and maths. Mermaid code blocks inside the Markdown are drawn as diagrams too.
Sharp at any size
Diagrams are vector graphics, never a small picture, so text stays crisp when you zoom in or print. Zoom, drag, double-click to fit, or open the diagram full screen.
Live editors with examples
Write on the left and watch the drawing update on the right. A syntax error names the line it is on. Start from 12 examples and set the theme, alignment, height and caption.

Mermaid Diagram macro: flowchart, sequence, class, state, ER, Gantt, pie, mind map, timeline, git graph, user journey, quadrant, XY chart, Sankey, block, packet, architecture and kanban diagrams on current Mermaid. Follows Confluence's light or dark theme. Wheel zoom needs Ctrl or Cmd, so page scrolling is left alone.
Markdown macro: paste a README and it renders as written, with GitHub-flavoured tables, task lists and strikethrough, code highlighting in 29 languages, KaTeX maths, and mermaid code blocks drawn as diagrams. YAML front matter is left out. PDF and Word exports keep the Markdown content, converted into Confluence's own format.
Privacy: everything is drawn in your browser, inside your page. There is no A3E server in the path, no account to create with us, and nothing stored outside your page. Scripts and script links written into a diagram or a document never run.

Zooming past 100 percent now keeps text and lines sharp: the drawing is resized instead of a picture being enlarged. The Mermaid editor preview uses the full height of its pane and opens with the whole diagram in view.
