Showing details for Cloud

Key highlights of the appBranch your roadmap instead of overwriting it — keep the route you took and the one you abandoned, with the reason for both

Import a Jira project in two clicks

Authorize with OAuth, pick a project, and its release versions land as dated milestones with their released state intact. Nothing to install in Jira, and no Premium plan needed — versions are on every tier.

A change of direction becomes a branch

Fork the roadmap at any milestone and both timelines stay on the canvas. Every branch requires a decision log, so three months later the reasoning sits next to the plan instead of in a thread nobody can find.

Share a link that stays true

The board re-syncs from Jira daily, so a link shared last quarter shows this quarter's dates. Readers open it without an account, react to milestones, and can follow the board by email.

More details

A Jira project's versions become a roadmap. Pick a project and every release version arrives as a dated milestone, taking its status from the version's own released flag rather than guessing. Versions exist on every Jira tier, so this needs no Premium plan.

The board re-syncs daily, so a link you shared last quarter shows this quarter's dates. If a version disappears upstream its milestone goes too — unless you edited it here or branched from it, and then it survives, flagged.

We read your accessible sites, then the projects and versions on the one you pick. The scope is read:jira-work (View); we read only projects and versions.

Share the result as a public link with no login wall, an embeddable widget, or an export to PNG, SVG, PDF or PowerPoint. Readers can react to milestones and follow the board by email.

Roadmark also imports from GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Azure DevOps, Shortcut, YouTrack, Asana, Notion, monday .com and CSV. Plans and prices: https://yourroadmark.com/pricing
