Every unique value in a column becomes a button with a live row count; values with no matching rows grey out. Choose exactly which values appear (Owner = Emma Johnson, Liam Carter; Owner != Sofia Rossi), or use dropdowns, or mix both.
Colour by value. Status: Blocked=red, Done=green or Cost: >10000=red paints cells, whole rows and the buttons themselves.
Presets, defaults, memory. One-click filter bundles, a default selection on page open, a “Me” button on @mention columns, and each viewer’s last choice remembered. Editors can hide values for everyone.
Sort, totals and export, free too. Click a header to sort, click a cell to filter by it, a totals row, a sticky header on tall tables, and CSV export.
Runs on Atlassian: no external servers, no egress. Type /sift, drop your table in, name the columns. Done in 30 seconds.
