Bring deleted work items back
Every deleted work item appears with a preview of the fields, subtasks, comments, worklogs and links that will come back, and what cannot. One click recreates it with its reporter, priority, labels, due date and status.
Undo a bulk edit or an automation run
Changes by the same person, rule or app within minutes are grouped into a batch. Review it, then revert the whole batch: each field is re-read first and put back only if it still holds the batch’s value.
Know who changed what, within seconds
A ledger of field changes, deletions, comments, worklogs and links with the actor named: a person, Automation for Jira or a Marketplace app. Filter by time and work item, export CSV. No data leaves your site.

Why: Jira Cloud has no trash for work items. A deleted item is gone, and a bulk edit or a misfiring automation rule means a long manual clean-up. Claervo Undo turns both into a preview and a button.
What it does: captures every work item event into a compressed mirror and a change ledger in Forge SQL on your site; restores deleted items with subtasks, comments, worklogs, links, custom fields and status; groups changes into batches per actor and time window and reverts a batch after re-reading each field; cleans up after 30, 90 or 180 days.
Quick start: install from Marketplace and open Jira administration > Apps > Claervo Undo. Protection starts at install: Deleted lists items ready to restore, Ledger shows who changed what, Batches groups bulk edits for one-click undo.
Honest limits: restored items get a new key; comments and worklogs are re-posted by the app with the original author noted; attachment content, change history, watchers and votes do not come back.
