User Access Review answers a question Jira makes hard: who can reach this project, and how did they get in? One screen per project, plus a site-wide overview for Jira administrators. Each row is one route in — a role, a group or a direct grant — with whether it carries browse and whether it carries administer.
Group grants are listed by group name, not expanded into members, deliberately: reading group membership needs a permission a read-only app should not ask for. Open the group in Jira admin to see who is in it.
Access changes come from dated snapshots the app records itself, so it can answer "who had access in March" — but history starts on the day you install. Install ahead of an audit period. Tables export as CSV; Forge apps cannot push a download, so the export opens with a copy button.
Read-only: no write permission on Jira at all. Built by Ballon Apps.
