ChatBridge for JSM provides the following configurable features:
- Selective Processing of Incoming Telegram Messages
Administrators can define which types of Telegram messages should be relayed to Jira issues.
Only selected types will be processed; others will be ignored. - Forward Attachments from JSM to Telegram
Files attached to public comments in JSM will be forwarded to the user's Telegram chat via the Telegram Bot API. - Include Explanatory Notes in Telegram User Messages
System-generated explanatory notes can be appended to user messages sent from Telegram to JSM.
This helps agents understand the nature and origin of incoming communication. - Send Notification to Telegram User Upon Request Creation
Users can receive an automatic Telegram notification after a request is created in JSM.- The message includes the request key (e.g., “Your request has been registered as ticket SD-1”).
- Language is determined automatically based on the user's Telegram settings.
