ChatBridge for JSM provides the following configurable features:

  1. Selective Processing of Incoming Telegram Messages
    Administrators can define which types of Telegram messages should be relayed to Jira issues.
    Only selected types will be processed; others will be ignored.
  2. Forward Attachments from JSM to Telegram
    Files attached to public comments in JSM will be forwarded to the user's Telegram chat via the Telegram Bot API.
  3. Include Explanatory Notes in Telegram User Messages
    System-generated explanatory notes can be appended to user messages sent from Telegram to JSM.
    This helps agents understand the nature and origin of incoming communication.
  4. Send Notification to Telegram User Upon Request Creation
    Users can receive an automatic Telegram notification after a request is created in JSM.
    • The message includes the request key (e.g., “Your request has been registered as ticket SD-1”).
    • Language is determined automatically based on the user's Telegram settings.
