I grabbed this Advanced Comment Tracking Fields app and it’s been a lifesaver. Now I can literally see who made the first and last comment, how many times the client wrote vs how many times we did, and if something is just sitting there waiting for us to reply. The SLA timestamp stuff is also super handy, it basically calls us out if we’re dragging our feet.
