Skills Matrix For Jira

Really helpful add-on for resource planning. Trying to keep track of everyone's proficiencies across different projects was getting messy in Excel. Having a skills matrix built right into Jira makes it so much easier to figure out who to assign specialized tickets/ projects to and where our team's blind spots are. Simple to set up, easy to read, and does exactly what it promises. Highly recommended if you manage multiple people or projects!
