The app allows administrators and users to create both global and personal mention groups, with full admin control over who can create global groups. Users can choose how groups behave: either mention the group as a single entity or automatically expand it into individual user mentions, ensuring everyone is notified without manual tagging.
To maintain governance, administrators can blacklist system groups so they can only be mentioned by admins, and block specific users from mentioning users or groups to reduce noise and misuse.
MentionPro also includes Mention Reporting, providing visibility into mention activity across projects, including trends, top mentioned users and groups, and overall communication patterns.
The app supports a multi-language user interface and Teams benefit from improved coordination, fewer missed mentions, and greater confidence that important messages reach the right people.
