This application allows your users and customers to generate tickets and request support through a direct conversation with an agent via WhatsApp. The entire conversation is recorded in the ticket comments and is used for audits, improvements, and traceability.
The first message from each sender number sent to the configured WhatsApp Business number will create a ticket. Subsequent messages will be added to the same ticket as comments. If the ticket changes to one of the configured resolutions (in the field Resolutions associated with the completion status of your project) and a new message arrives, a new ticket will be created.
