Search once, then run the change
Filter by space, text, labels, dates, or which element a page contains. Tick the rows you want, or run on the full match set. Then open Macros, Labels, or Content.
Bulk macros, including marketplace
Add, replace, update, or remove macros across the selection. Registered macros use a form. Others take one storage-format snippet. Pages that already have that macro are skipped.
Labels, moves, and usage reports
Add, remove, or replace labels. Move or copy to another space, archive, or send to trash. Macro and label usage reports show counts by space, then open Search on that item.

Easy Bulk Tools is a Workbench for Confluence Cloud. Search first, then run bulk changes on pages and blog posts.
What you can do
- Macros: add, replace, update parameters, or remove.
- Labels: add, remove, or replace (rename or merge).
- Content: move or copy to another space (with a parent-page search), archive, or move to space trash.
- Watches: watch or unwatch selected pages.
- Restrictions: add, remove, replace, or clear View and Edit restrictions for people and groups, the same way Confluence page restrictions work.
- Reports: macro usage and label usage, with filters. Confluence administrators also get a Task audit of every job.
How it works
- Search and select.
- Analyze to preview matches and skips.
- Run. The job keeps going if you leave; check Tasks.
No scripts. Each user's Confluence page permissions still apply. Administrators set who can run bulk edits, content operations, and delete.
