General Talon Access within the Project
Talon can be accessed via Project Menu on the left side.
Upon accessing Talon, user will have a Dashboard in front with charts and options to filter specific tickets via JQL, as well as to go to the configuration panel.
Talon Configuration
Project Administrator can configure Talon and project specifics.
Administrator is able to customize team structure, costs, estimation priority model (Original estimates or Story points) and turn on/off calculations.

It provides the ability for the user to enter the ticket’s Gross Expected Value, and Talon handles the rest. It also visualize tickets and costs using the Weekly Delivery Dashboard and provides a user the ability to search specific range of tickets in a project to instantly view Original Estimate, Logged Time, and % Work Status (Logged ÷ Estimate), so the scope creep or overdelivery could be identified.
