ITIL Priority Matrix Lite - Free

Jira Service Management has no ITIL compliant priority matrix, so for teams wishing to have this capability, this free app now makes this possible.

This unique app adds an ITIL compliant priority matrix, providing an Impact and Urgency matrix that references any relevant Jira field, including your own custom fields. Priority selections reference the Priority scheme for the target project.

Its so easy to use! Simply enable the Priority Matrix in Project Settings, then select the fields to use for Impact and Urgency, and fill out the Priority Matrix, its that easy!

Now all issue types will benefit from the Priority Matrix. On an issue, chose Impact and Urgency and the Priority Matrix app will automatically update the Priority. You can still change it manually if you need to, and the app will not overwrite it unless you change the Impact or Urgency. So you have full flexible control.
