How it works:

  1. A user will add a Dashboard Review Gadget & specify the alert frequency with the initial subscribers
  2. Every period (e.g. week), the subscribers will get an email reminder
  3. The subscriber can review the metrics on the dashboard
  4. When it is done, they will click the Confirm Review button
  5. If there is any actions or questions, they can post comments in the Dashboard Review Gadget
  6. Together, all the subscribers can collaborate together in each cadence

For those who are concerned about Data Residency, this app is built on the Atlassian Forge platform which means all settings are stored within your Jira Cloud instance.
