We needed a way of generating detailed work log reports for billing purposes. Their report was only missing the ability to add custom fields/columns, but after requesting the support to add this feature, they quickly added that new feature that was crucial for our reports.

We use it as a replacement for the 'Team Worklog Reports' and it works great. We were missing an export with detailed worklogs including comments, and after submitting the request, the feature was added within a few days. Excellent support!

I was looking for a good replacement for “Team Worklog Reports” and came across a review recommending Real Time Analytics. I gave it a try — and it’s fantastic! The app includes everything you need to track team worklogs on a daily basis. The settings are simple and intuitive, and there’s even a handy feature that lets you view the worklog text by clicking on the hours — super useful! I also had a few questions for the support team, and honestly, it was one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had. The team was consistently responsive and patient, helping me over several days to resolve a project-specific configuration issue that was blocking worklog visibility. Everything was eventually sorted out, and now my whole team is using the app.

A much better replacement for the Team Worklog Reports Lite app, which no longer works. However, in the worklog report, issues are displayed as ID + Title. It would be much more helpful if they were displayed only as the Issue ID with a hyperlink. That would make my review a 4/4 star one. L.E.: This was so fast! Thank you for delivering it in such short notice. 4/4 Stars, great app!

Your suggestion about displaying only the Issue ID as a hyperlink in the worklog report makes a lot of sense. It really delivers. It's a more than decent replacement for the deprecated "Team worklog reports" app. Also the support team helped us as soon as we needed them.
