I also use this as a replacement for the 'Team Worklog Reports' and it works fine. I asked for an additional feature to be added to the report and it was implemented the next day! Very good customer support!

We needed a way of generating detailed work log reports for billing purposes. Their report was only missing the ability to add custom fields/columns, but after requesting the support to add this feature, they quickly added that new feature that was crucial for our reports.
