PDF Export for Confluence

I'm using the JIRA version of this addon happily, yet this Confluence one does not work: Usage error Request was invalid and service rejected it. You can contact support, if you think this should not happen. Please provide us this identifier: XXX, so we could find the cause.

  Hi David,

  Thank you for reaching out.

We’re happy to help you identify the issue. Could you please create a ticket using the following link? Submit a Ticket

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. I would open the ticket for you, but I’d prefer not to request your email publicly. Alternatively, you’re welcome to book a call with me here: Book a Call

If you’ve already opened a ticket, please share the ticket ID here. I’ll take a look right away. I checked internally but couldn’t find a ticket under your name.

  Best regards,
