We've been using this app for a while now. It helped us identify several process bottlenecks that were previously "invisible," especially around approvals and how Service Desk tickets are picked up by support agents. It's intuitive and easy to use. An additional plus is the ability to search for issues based on a specific person's engagement using JQL.
