Hi Tobias,
Thanks for rating the app and leaving a comment! Interestingly, your review is only visible on your profile and not on the app's review page - probably because it’s in German. While I do appreciate a good German beer 🍺, my German skills are, unfortunately, nicht so gut, so I had to rely on an online translator. To make sure everyone can follow along, here’s the English version:
>>> No configuration option, therefore cannot be tested before the default limit is reached – not usable as such.
It would be nice if you could move each individual work entry, that is actually the feature I am looking for. Here, it only seems possible to move all work logs when they are overflowing. <<<
Based on this, let me clarify a couple of things:
1️⃣ The app does indicate approaching limits! When an issue reaches 80% of the limit (e.g., more than 8000 worklogs), it gets an Approaching Limit status and is highlighted in orange - just like in the documentation and marketplace materials.
2️⃣ As for moving individual work entries - well, that’s an interesting idea, but are you sure you really want to do that? Moving a few thousand worklogs manually sounds like a fantastic way to spend a weekend… if you enjoy pain. 😅 Could you elaborate on how you'd imagine this working (support.brizoit.com)? Maybe there's a middle ground that makes sense.
Also, before you judge us too harshly, just a friendly reminder: this is a free app aimed at Jira admins, not a Swiss army knife of worklog management. 😉
Looking forward to your thoughts! 🚀
