Fix Worklog Limits dialog
The admin can resolve worklog limits by moving worklogs to another issue or deleting them.
The Move and Delete options allow selecting based on: Older than 1 year, a specific period, or all worklogs for convenience.

Each tab displays breaching and approaching issues, allowing the admin to click links for detailed issue views.
