PDF

This app provides a great way to work with PDF documents directly within Confluence. Being able to embed, edit, annotate, and sign PDFs without leaving Confluence makes document collaboration much more convenient. The advanced layout controls are especially useful when maintaining professional documentation, it makes document management and collaboration within Confluence much easier.

We stopped downloading PDFs just to mark them up and re-upload them — editing, comments, and signatures now happen on the Confluence page and save back to the attachment. It follows our existing page permissions and stays on App, so it actually fits how we already work instead of adding another tool to babysit.

Great tool by the team. Easy to use. I was testing different apps for my personal work and this one is good.
