Min, average, max, and percentile scenarios communicate uncertainty without overwhelming the audience. We use different scenarios depending on whether the decision is internal planning or an external commitment.

Alternative historical data lets us forecast a new release using a relevant team's past delivery. That is much more useful than waiting several months for the current release to create enough history.

The daily burndown with an ideal line is useful for sprint tracking But the issue drill-down is what makes it actionable we can quickly see which work was added, removed, or left unfinished

We use forecast scenarios to compare our current pace with a target date. The chart gives us an early, visual indication that a release needs scope or capacity decisions.

The app makes it easy to track progress and see how scope changes affect delivery. The charts are clear and useful for sprint reviews, helping us spot remaining work and keep stakeholders informed.
